At Fitchburg Family Pharmacy we are administering vaccines to all eligible people. If you are above the age of 6 months please register below to get your next vaccine.

We offer vaccine services for Flu, Hepatitis A (Hep A), Hepatitis B (Hep B), Gardasil (HPV), Pneumonia, Shingrix (Zoster), and Tetanus Diphtheria Pertussis (TDAP). Please click below to schedule your appointment. Make sure to fill out the provided forms as best as you can. 

When you arrive at your appointment, please park along the curb on Cahill Main, behind the pharmacy and a team member will come out to assist you. Please have your ID and insurance ready for our team members to review.
