All I can say is the entire staff is respectful, kind, and will do what they can to make sure you stay current with your medications. They call me when a refill is approaching. I've never gotten that from big box stores.

I am amazed by this pharmacy and their dedication. I was completely out of my medication and my doctor had not sent in the requested refill. When my doctor finally sent it, Fitchburg pharmacy filled it immediately and did an urgent delivery for me. What unbelievable commitment to their customers - they deserve 10 stars.

I really appreciate this pharmacy. They are truly serving this community. I was in line to get tested for Covid as of 5:12pm and the pharmacy closes at 6. Finally, at 6:18pm, it was our turn. They were speedy and respectful, yet efficient! I was so grateful to not be turned away due to the time. Thank you to everyone who stays late, ensuring everyone in their line gets tested!!
