We offer a rapid Strep Test to Treat Services here at Fitchburg Family Pharmacy.

Click the button below to make an appointment today for our Strep Test to Treat Services. Our Test to Treat service allows you to quickly access the care you need without waiting to see your doctor. At your appointment you will be assessed by our pharmacists to determine if you require an Antigen Strep Test. If the test is required, we will perform it, and give you the results in about 15 minutes. Regardless of your result, we provide a comfort pack for your symptoms and 30 days of follow up care from our partnered physician. If your tests returns a positive result we can provide all the necessary treatment without the need for a visit to the doctor.

Fitchburg Family Pharmacy’s services platform is hosted by WorkFlow Services.

To provide these services each person being tested must build a profile with the our services database. (One Time)

To complete this profile you will need a copy of your State Issued ID and your medical insurance card and a valid credit/debit card. Your card will be charged for services that are not covered by insurance. You will need to take a picture of both of these items front and back, with your smartphone during the registration process. If using a computer to enter the data, you can type it in.

Once you have completed the online forms, you will be sent a QR code. Please bring that QR code to the so we can provide you with the service.
